多频稳态诱发电位在伪聋鉴别诊断中的应用

【摘要】 探讨多频稳态诱发电位在伪聋鉴别诊断中的作用。门诊就诊的外伤后主诉单耳听力损伤者41例及正常听力者20例(40耳),对两组患者分别进行纯音听阈测试和多频稳态诱发电位测试,对测试结果进行比较。纯音听阈测试结果两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.01),多频稳态诱发电位测试结果两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),提示患者为伪聋。多频稳态诱发电位测试作为一种新的客观听力检测技术,能为临床工作提供准确的听阈范围,在伪聋鉴别诊断中有良好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 To study the clinical values of differrential diagnosis of simulated deafness with multiple auditory steady-state evoked responses(ASSR).ASSR and Pure tone threshold audiometry(PTA) were measured in 41 exaggerated hearing loss cases and 20 normal hearing cases(40 ears),the differences between the thresholds of ASSR and PTA were respectively analyzed.There were significant difference in the PTA thresholds between two groups,(P<0.01),while there were no significant difference in the ASSR thresholds between them,(P>0.05),and the simulated deafness could be diagnosed.The ASSR is a frequency specific,objective,and valid technique for threshold estimation,can be used to differrential diagnosis for simulated deafness.
