【摘要】 目的:分析我国医疗设备在维修管理方面所面临的现状与不足,探讨出几种最优维修策略。方法:把国际上通用的以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)理论和寿命周期成本(LCC)理论引用到医疗设备的维修管理中,针对目前医疗设备维修管理存在的问题,运用维修理论加以探讨。结果:针对不同类型的医疗设备选择出其最优维修策略。结论:选择最优维修策略,可以降低设备维修成本,减轻患者经济负担,同时也为医院带来更大的经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the status quo and deficiency that medical devices face in maintenance management to find out a few optimal maintenance strategies.Methods:By bringing the internationally accepted RCM and LCC theory in medical equipment maintenance management,we analyzed problems in maintenance and management of medical devices currently.Results:The best maintenance strategy should be selected for different types of medical equipments.Conclusion:By selecting the best optimal maintenance strategies,maintenance costs can be reduced,the economic burden of patients decreased and greater economic benefits brought for hospital.更多还原
