【摘要】 目的:研究核磁共振血管成像(MRA)对脑血管疾病的临床诊断的价值。方法:日立公司生产的20EX0.2T永磁型MR扫描机上进行MRA检查163例,其中作为正常对照组82例,各种脑血管疾病81例,使用SE序列MRI,三维时间飞越法MRA,原始血管图像用最强信号投影重建。结果:163例MRA检查均成功,160例显示满意。82例正常对照组中,脑前、中、后动脉显示清晰。81例脑血管疾病者,MRA可显示各种病变的影像特征。总的符合率为90%,定位诊断为100%。结论:MRA检查成功率高,颅内动脉的血管闭塞,血管狭窄及先天性血管床发育畸形等显示清晰,对颅内病变的适应证广泛,诊断可靠,还可作为脑血流量的检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the value of MR angiography for diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:A total of 163 patients were checked by MR angiography.Of the 163 patients,82 were healthy individuals and 81 suffered from various kinds of cerebrovascular diseases.The SE sequence MRI,time over the three-dimensional method MRA and reconstructing the original blood vessels by the strongest signals were performed. Results:All the 163 cases were checked successfully by MRA and 160 cases were illustrated perfectly. The image of cerebral artery,middle cerebral artery and artery behind was revealed clearly in the control group. It can reveal features in 81 patients with various kinds of lesions.Total compliance rate was 90% and location diagnostic accuracy was 100%.Conclusion:MRA can reveal intracranial artery occlusion vascular narrowing and vascular bed congenital malformations clearly.MRA can be adapted for diagnosis of various intracranial lesions.The diagnosis is reliable and the technique can be used for detection of cerebral blood flow.更多还原
