【摘要】 目的探讨帕利哌酮对首发精神分裂症患者心电图(ECG)的影响。方法将140例首发精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,每组70例,分别给予帕利哌酮和氯氮平治疗。于治疗前和治疗后的第4、8周末定期进行心电图检查,并对两组患者的心电图结果进行对比分析。结果服药后两组患者的心电图均有不同程度的改变,但帕利哌酮组所致心电图改变明显低于氯氮平组(P<0.O1),以窦性心动过速、窦性心动过缓和sT-T改变为主。结论帕利哌酮对首发精神分裂症患者心电图的影响显著低于氯氮平,安全性相对较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of Paliperidone on ECG in the primary schizophrenia patients.Methods Totally 140 cases of primary schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into two groups with each group of 60 cases patients respectively treated with Paliperidone and Clozapine.All the patients were carried ECG before treatment,4 and 8 weeks later.The results were processed by statistical methods.Results Both Paliperidone and Clozapine had effects on ECG.But compared to the Clozapine group,the Paliperidone group had less and smaller changes of ECG(P<0.01)which was mainly sinustachycardia,sinusbradycadia and the changes of ST-T.Conclusion Compared to Clozapine,Paliperidone had less and smaller effects on EKG in the primary schizophrenic patients and was much safer for treatment.更多还原
