【摘要】 目的探讨下肢骨折术前深静脉超声检查的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析182例下肢骨折患者的术前深静脉超声检查结果,并分析患者年龄、性别、肿胀程度和骨折部位等与深静脉血栓的关系。结果超声检出深静脉血栓31例,检出率17.03%。患者年龄、性别、超声检查距离骨折发生时间和肢体是否肿胀等与深静脉血栓发生率的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在股骨颈骨折发生深静脉血栓的比率最高(P<0.05)。结论下肢骨折术前应常规行深静脉超声检查,对降低围手术期和术中肺栓塞的风险具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of preoperative deep venous ultrasonography in patients with lower extremity fractures.Methods The results of preoperative deep venous ultrasonography of 182 patients with lower extremity fractures were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the age,sex,swelling status and fracture details.Results Deep venous thrombosis was found in 31 cases(17%).The incidence of deep venous thrombosis showed no relationship with patients’s age,sex and swelling status(p>0.05).Deep venous thrombosis occurred mostly in patients with femoral neck fracture(p<0.05).Conclusion Deep venous ultrasonography should be performed before operation in patients with lower extremity fractures,Which is valuable in preventing pulmonary embolism in operation and peri-operation stage.更多还原
