体育专业“教学训练竞赛一体化”人才培养体系构建与实践
An exploration on the construction and practice of talent-cultivation system for "The Integration of Teaching,Training and Competition" in physical education
【摘要】 为保证应用型本科院校体育专业人才培养的质量,我们必须根据社会发展的需求,进一步转变教学观念,创新人才培养模式,深化教学改革,构建与体育事业和地方经济、社会发展相适应的人才培养体系.
【Abstract】 In order to guarantee the quality of sports talents in these application-oriented institutions,and based on the need of social development,it is essential to furtherly change the teaching concepts,innovate new talent training mode,deepen the education reform and construct talent cultivating system appropriate to sports cause,local economy and social development.
