【摘要】 目的通过观察分析高龄老人原发性高血压的危险因素,探讨这一特殊人群的高血压病的特征。方法以66例高龄离退休人员为研究对象,正常对照组22例,原发性高血压患者44例。其中血压控制理想组23例,不理想组21例。诊断符合《1999年WHO高血压诊断标准》,并按1993年WHO高血压分期标准分为Ⅰ期24例,Ⅱ期11例,Ⅲ期9例。结果高血压各期的年龄、腹围、臀围、腰围、身高、体重与对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05);血压控制理想组、不理想组与对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论研究对象年龄偏大,无超重者,基础代谢低。年龄、腹围、臀围、腰围、身高、体重不再与高龄老年原发性高血压发展关系密切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through the observation and analysis of the risking factors of essential hypertension in the elderly to explore the features of the hypertension in them.Method Take 66 older retirees patients as research objects: 22 cases of the matched control,44 cases with essential hypertension.Among them,there are 23 cases in ideal blood pressure control group and 21 cases in non-ideal blood pressure control group.The diagnoses accord in WHO/ISH(1999) and are divided into 24 cases inⅠperiod,11cases in Ⅱ period,9cases in Ⅲ according to WHO standards(1993).Result They do not differ significantly between high blood pressure group of each period age and the matched control group in abdominal circumference,hip circumference,waistline,height,weight P>0.05.They do not differ significantly from ideal blood pressure control group and non-ideal blood pressure control group and matched control group.Conclusion Research objects that are older,that have no overweight,that have based metabolism,age,abdominal circumference,hip circumference,waistline,height and weight are not closely related to the development of the essential hypertension in seniors.更多还原
