【摘要】 目的探讨临床路径在白内障超声乳化患者中的应用效果。方法将60例老年性白内障患者随机分为实验组和对照组各30例。实验组采用制定好的临床路径实施诊疗、护理工作。对照组采用传统方法进行诊疗、护理。比较两组病人平均住院时间、平均住院费用、对医疗护理工作的满意度。结果实验组病人平均住院天数、平均住院费用明显低于对照组(P<0.01),对医疗护理满意度、明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在实施白内障超声乳化病人中实施临床路径可减少住院天数,降低住院费用,促进了病人术后生活自理能力的恢复,提高了病人满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effects of clinical pathway in the cataract patients with Phacoemulsification.Methods 60 patients with age-related cataract were randomly divided into the experimental group(30cases) and the control group(30 cases).The patients in the experimental group were cared according to the clinical pathway,and patients in the control group received traditional method.The clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups.Result the average hospitalization days and total expense of experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01),the satisfaction were more than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of clinical pathway in cataract patients with phacoemulsification could improve the satisfaction level of patients,shorten the hospitalization days,reduce the costs in hospita1.更多还原
