氢质子磁共振波谱在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病早期诊断及愈后评估的价值
Early Diagosis and Prognosis Value of MRS uesd in NHIE
【摘要】 目的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(neonatal hypoxic--ischemic encephalopathy,NHIE)的患儿在早期影像学发生改变之前,即由于脑组织缺血缺氧产生异常的中间代谢物,在病情进展期,由于发生了不可逆的损伤,某些代谢产物浓度持续改变。通过磁共振波谱(magnetic resonance spectroscopy,MRS)可以无损伤地在活体上直接测量这些代谢物的浓度,为早期诊断及预后评估提供量化的指标。
【Abstract】 neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(NHIE) in child produced abnormal intermediate metabolites because of brain ischemia and hypoxia before the early imaging changes taking place.In advanced disease,the concentration of some metabolites sustained change occurred as a result of the irreversible damage.By magnetic resonance spectroscopy,the concentration of these metabolites can be directly measured in vivo without any injury.So that we can provide as quantifiable indicators for early diagosis and prognosis of the disease.
