【摘要】 目的总结急性心肌梗死(AMI)急诊科紧急溶栓的观察及护理,寻找更好更安全的转运时机及方法。方法对我科16例进行急诊溶栓治疗的心肌梗死患者护理干预进行回顾性分析。结果本组16例患者中有13例溶栓治疗取得成功,安全转入病房行进一步治疗。结论对急性心肌梗死患者,进行急诊溶栓时,加强临床观察及护理,在适宜的时机,利用合理的方法转运至病房,能够提高溶栓治疗的成功率,对病人康复起着重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Summarizing the observation and nursing of thrombolysis for acute myocardial infarction(AMI) in emergency department,and looking for better and safer transfer time and method.Methods retrospectively analyzing the nursing intervention of 16 AMI clients with emergency thrombolytic therapy.Results In this group,13 out of 16 clients were received thrombolytic therapy successfully and safely transferred into the ward for further treatment.Conclusion strengthen clinical observation and care in patients with acute myocardial infarction,while treating with thrombolytic therapy,and using reasonable methods transfer patents to the ward in the right time,it improves the successful rate of thrombolytic therapy and plays an important role in rehabilitation.更多还原
