【摘要】 目的探讨5种自身免疫抗体与不孕的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附实验检测258例不孕症患者的5种自身免疫抗体。选择65例正常妊娠妇女作为对照组,比较两组的免疫抗体阳性率。结果不孕症组5种抗体的阳性率明显高于正常对照组(P<0.001);5种抗体联合检测阳性率为37.2%,与分别单独检测这5种抗体的阳性率相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自身免疫抗体在不孕人群中有较高的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective 5 kinds of autoimmune antibodies and the relationship between infertility.Methods By enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for detecting 258 cases of infertility patients autoimmune antibodies 5.Select 65 cases of normal pregnant women as control group were compared immune antibody positive rate.Results Infertility group 5 antibody positive rate was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.001);5 antibody positive rate was 37.2%of combined detection and testing it separately antibody positive rate of 5 compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Autoimmune antibodies in the infertile population had a higher incidence.更多还原
