【摘要】 目的探讨阑尾炎的声像图特征。方法回顾性分析经手术及病理证实为阑尾炎150例患者的声像图特征。结果在这150例病人中,其中135例病人有典型的阑尾炎的直接声像图特征:异常的低回声肿块。其余15例病人阑尾炎的直接声像图不典型,但均有阑尾炎的间接声像图特征:大网膜移位,腹腔积液,肠系膜淋巴结肿大,周围肠管扩张,气体多层回声反射等征象,无异常回声型。间接征象,往往是阑尾炎的伴随声像。结论阑尾炎表现为典型声像图诊断准确率较高,但部分声像图不典型,易造成误诊、漏诊,因而不能仅靠典型的直接声像图作出诊断,而应结合间接声像图及临床来提高阐尾炎的超声诊断准确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the detection of appendicitis disease with ultrasonography.Methods One handred and fifty appendicitis cases were analysed.Result Among the 150 pations,135 cases had direct ultrasonography,USG:Abnormalities hypoechoic mass.15 cases hadnot the typical Direct ultrasonography,USG.But they had indirec ultrasonography,USG:Omentum majus shifting,abdominal hydrops,mesenteric lymph node largement, peripheral diatationofintestine,gases multilayer reecho,without unusual echo type.Indirect ultrasonography,USG often tend to Appendicitis follow.
