【摘要】 目的探讨舌系带过短对儿童发音的影响及舌系带矫正术后语言训练的重要性。方法 43例患儿均行舌系带矫正术,术后随机分成2组,语音治疗组和非语音治疗组(对照组)对比,语音治疗组采用术后语言康复训练,对照组仅采用一般家庭训练。结果舌系带过短可使儿童发音障碍,治疗组患儿语言改善良好,对照组疗效较治疗组差。结论舌系带过短导致舌前部运动障碍,影响儿童的语音发育。舌系带矫正术有利于语音清晰度的改善,再予配合专业、系统的语言训练疗效更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the asaphia children with ankyloglossia and the importance of articulation therapy after anaplasty.Methods After the surgery of 43 children,Patients were randomly divided into two groups,including speech therapy group and non-voice-therapy group(control group),Speech therapy group were treated with postoperative speech rehabilitation training,the control group were trained with ordinary families training.Results Children with ankyloglossia have the disorders of pronunciation.The effective speech therapy discussed here Can improve better their speech than that using only ordinary families training.Conclusion The tongue tie afects children’s speech development,and Can result in the abnormal speech if untreated.The surgery can make more fit for improve their speech along with the professional training.更多还原
