QRS环反向曲率对小灶性心肌梗死的诊断价值
The Diagnosis of SAMI With QRS Loop Reverse Curvature
【摘要】 目的:通过微分几何心电图中曲率模量心电图的研究,找到一种能够诊断与鉴别诊断小灶性心肌梗死的方法。方法:根据空间曲线的速率、曲率和挠率构建微分几何数学模型,形成微分几何心电图。观测正常组和小灶性心肌梗死组的曲率模量心电图和挠率模量心电图。结果:1.经过对正常组和小灶心肌梗死组76例QRS环的分析,得出23例小灶心肌梗死组QRS环均出现反向曲率,符合率达100%;53例正常组中只有1例QRS环出现反向曲率,符合率达2%。2.正常组和小灶性心肌梗死组挠率模量没有明确的区别。结论:QRS环的正负曲率可以作为区分健康人和心肌梗死患者的依据,并具有显著阳性率。
【Abstract】 Objective:By means of the research in differential geometry,to find a way to diagnosis and differential diagnosis of SAMI.Methods:According to the rate,curvature and torsion of space curves we built mathematical models,formed a differential geometry electrocardiogram,and observed the curvature modulus between the normal group and the SAMI.Results:Through the analysis of the 76 health and SAMI,we found that there was negative curvature in all the 23 SAMI with QRS loop,and the accuracy ratio was 100%;the negative curvature occurred in only one of the 53 health,and the accuracy ratio was only 2%,there was no clear distinction between the health and the SAMI with modulus of deflection.Detection rate of myocardial Ischemia by VCG is much higher than that by ECG no mater ligating for 60 or 120 minutes.Conclusions:Positive and negative curvature of QRS loop can be used as the foundation for differentiating the healthy from the MI,and the accuracy ratio is remarkable.
