【摘要】 [目的]全面了解山东省乡村医生基本情况,分析存在的问题和面临的困难,提出改善乡村医生工作环境、干预措施和政策建议。[方法]2009年对山东省17市、140个县(市、区)的43 141所村卫生室、142 252名乡村医生进行调查。[结果]调查的142 252名乡村医生中,取得乡村医生执业证书的占98.65%,取得执业医师或执业助理医师资格的占5.43%;≤30岁的占15.02%,31～40岁的占34.94%,41～50岁的占18.73%,51～60岁的占22.26%,>60岁的占9.05%%;2008年平均月收入>1 500元的占9.57%,1 000～1 500元的占17.30%,800～999元的占23.36%,600～799元的占23.42%,400～599元的占18.23%,<400元的占8.12%;最终学历为中专的占73.16%,大专占7.03%,大学本科占0.27%,无学历的占19.54%;从事西医的占71.91%,从事中医的占5.38%,中西医结合的占22.71%;办理医疗保险(或养老保险)的占2.04%。[结论]山东省乡村医生执业水平、学历和收入较低,取得应有专业技术职称资格和社会保险者太少。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the basic situation of rural doctors in Shandong province,analyze the problems and difficulties,so as to propose interventions and policy recommendations.[Methods]In 2009,a survey was made among 142 252 rural doctors in 43 141 clinics of Shandong province.[Results]Of the 142 252 rural doctors surveyed,those who obtained certificate of practicing rural doctors accounted for 98.65%,practicing physicians and licensed assistant doctors accounted for 5.43%;≤30 years of age accounted for 15.02%,31-40 years of age accounted for 34.94%,41-50 years of age accounted for 18.73%,51-60 years of age accounted for 22.26%,>60 years of age accounted for 9.05%;the average monthly income >1 500 yuan accounted for 9.57%,1 000-1 500 yuan accounted for 17.30%,800-999 yuan accounted for 23.36%,600-799 yuan accounted for 23.42%,400-599 yuan accounted for 18.23%,<400 yuan accounted for 8.12%;secondary education accounted for 73.16%,college degree accounted for 7.03%,bachelor degree accounted for 0.27%,no qualifications accounted for 19.54%;Western medicine accounted for 71.91%,Traditional Chinese medicine accounted for 5.38%,integrative medicine accounted for 22.71%;pension insurance accounted for 2.04%.[Conclusion]The practice standards,education and income are low among rural doctors in Shandong province,only a few of them have obtained professional and technical qualifications and social insurance.更多还原
