【摘要】 [目的]了解山东省各级免疫规划人力资源配置状况,为科学配置免疫规划人力资源提供参考依据。[方法]对山东省2010年各级疾病预防控制机构免疫规划人力资源相关情况进行调查。[结果]2010年山东省各级从事免疫规划人员合计14968人,其中省级25人,市级116人,县级751人,乡级14076人,每万服务人口配置各级人员分别为0.003、0.012、0.079、1.486人。全部人员中,男性占43.67%,女性占56.33%;30～49岁的10614人,占70.91%;大专及以上学历者7675人,占51.28%;中级及以上职称者3683人,占24.61%;从事免疫规划工作≥5年的11371人,占75.97%。[结论]山东省免疫规划人员数量不足,素质不高,市、县两级免疫规划人员尤其明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To find out the status of the staffing of Expanded Program on Immunization(EPI) ,and provide scientific basis for reasonable distribution of human resources for EPI.[Methods]Investigation was made on the status of human resources of EPI in 2010 in all levels of disease control agencies.[Results]In 2010,14 968 EPI workers were distributed in the province,cities,counties and EPI clinics,the staff number of which was 25,116,751 and 14 076,respectively.There were 0.003,0.012,0.079 and 1.486 persons offering services to per ten thousand people in each level agencies.All of these workers,the males accounted for 43.67% and the females was 56.33%.Workers aged 30-49 were 10 614,accouning for 70.91%.7 675 workers accounted for 51.28% owned senior college degree or above.3 683 workers accounted for 24.61% obtained intermediate titles.11 371 workers accounted for 75.97% worked 5 years or above.[Conclusion]The number of Shandong EPI workers is insufficient and personal qualities of them are poor.
