【摘要】 [目的]了解山东省月饼卫生状况,为制定相应的预防控制措施提供依据。[方法]于2010年对山东省5个城市28个销售地点共抽检50份样品进行测定,并对2010年的合格情况以及不合格项目进行统计分析。[结果]2010年山东省月饼抽检50个批次样品,其中23个批次样品合格,27个批次样品不合格,合格率为46.00%。[结论]生产监管部门应加大管理力度,杜绝食品添加剂超标,同时加强市场管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the moon cakes’ hygienic quality in Shandong province,so as to provide the basis for the formulation of corresponding control measures.[Methods]Quality monitoring was conducted on 50 samples of moon cakes on sale at 28 sampling locations in 5 cities,Shandong province respectively in 2010.[Results]In moon cake sampling,Shandong province,2010 50 batches of samples,of which 23 batches were qualified,27 batches were unqualified,the qualified rate was 46.00%.[Conclusion]Administrative departments for production should strengthen the market regulation,completely eradicate the use of more food addictives.更多还原
