【摘要】 [目的]了解新型双子季铵盐(1,2-DBnQA)(以下简称1,2-DBnQA)的杀菌效果。[方法]2010年,使用自制的1,2-DBnQA进行对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的实验室载体定量杀菌观察,并试验小牛血清和pH值的变化对其杀菌率的影响。[结果]有效成分10 000 mg/L、5 000 mg/L的1,2-DBnQA对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用120 min的杀灭率分别为100.00%、99.46%;含有效成分100 mg/L作用5 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的杀灭率均为100.00%,含有效成分25 mg/L作用30 min时的杀灭率均为100.00%。溶液pH值为9.0时杀菌效果较好,pH值为5.0时杀菌效果有所下降。有效成分含量50 mg/L时对金葡菌作用5、10、20 min的杀灭率,菌液中小牛血清浓度为0.00%者均在99.92%~100.00%,浓度为25.00%者为99.84%~99.99%,浓度为50.00%者为96.28%~99.22%。使用有效成分100 mg/L的擦拭显微镜载物台5 min,细菌总数的平均杀灭率为96.16%。[结论]1,2-DBnQA对细菌芽孢和细菌繁殖体有较好的杀灭作用,其杀菌效果受有机物和pH值的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe the germicidal efficacy of a new type of Bis-quaternary ammonium salts(1,2-DBnQA).[Methods]Carrier quantitative germicidal test was carried out on Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores,Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia cili with 1,2-DBnQA synthetized by ourselves in 2010,and the germicidal efficacy test was carried out through changing PH or adding Calf serum.[Results]The killing rates of Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores exposed to the solution containing 1,2-DBnQA 10 000 mg/L and 5 000 mg/L for 120 min,were respectively 100% and 99.46%,The killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia cili exposed to the solution containing 1,2-DBnQA 100 mg/L for 5min were respectively 99.99% and 100.00%.The killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia cili when exposed to the solution containing 1,2-DBnQA 25 mg/L for 30 min were 100.00%.The germicidal efficacy was better when the pH was 9.0,the germicidal efficacy was inferior when the pH was 5.0.The killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus when exposed to the solution containing 1,2-DBnQA 50 mg/L for 5,10,20 min were 99.92%-100.00%.The killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus were 99.84%-99.99% when containing Calf serum 25.00%,The killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus were 96.28%-99.22% when containing Calf serum 50.00%.The average killing rates of total bacterium on the carrying plate of microscope were 96.16% when spread 1,2-DBnQA 100 mg/L on it for 5 min.[Conclusion]1,2-DBnQA has relatively strong killing effect on vegetative forms of bacteria and bacterial spores.The germicidal efficacy is influenced by organic matter and pH.更多还原
