【摘要】 [目的]了解健康人群流脑带菌情况及其菌群分布,为制订流脑防治措施提供依据。[方法]对2007~2010年文登市流脑监测资料进行分析。[结果]2007~2010年合计检测1 470人的咽拭子标本,分离出脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌(Nm)14株,平均带菌率为0.95%。人群带菌率,2007年为0.71%,2008年为0.71%,2009年为1.90%,2010年为0.95%;<1岁、5~6岁、7~14岁均为0.00%,1~2岁为0.95%,3~4岁为0.95%,15~19岁为4.29%,≥20岁为0.48%;流行前期为0.95%,流行期为1.11%,流行后期为0.71%。检出的14株Nm菌株中,A群5株,B群2株,C群2株,X群2株,W135群2株,未分群1株。[结论]2007~2010年文登市健康人群流脑带菌率处于一般水平,分离脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌菌株中A群菌株最多。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the carrier rate and strain distribution of neisseria meningitidis,so as to provide the basis for development of meningitis prevention and control measures.[Methods]Analysis was made on the neisseria meningitidis carrier monitoring data in healthy people in Wendeng city,2007-2009.[Results]1 470 throat swab specimens from healthy people were tested for Neisseria meningitidis(Nm) during 2007-2010 and 14 strains of Nm were isolated.The average carrier rate of Nm was 0.95%.0.71% in 2007,0.71% in 2008,1.90% in 2009,0.95% in 2010;The carrier rate was 0.00% in <1 year,5-6 years old,7-14 years respectively,0.95% in 1-2 years and 3-4 years old,4.29% in 15-19 years old,0.48% in ≥20 years;0.95% in pre-prevalence season,1.11% in prevalence season and 0.71% in post-prevalence season.In 14 Nm strains detected,5 were group A strain s,2 group B strains,2 group C strains,2 group X strains,2 group W135 strains,1 unclassified strain.[Conclusion]The carrier rate of meningitis in healthy population of Wendeng from 2007 to 2010 is at the average level,the most separated strains of neisseria meningitidis are group A strains.更多还原
