【摘要】 [目的]了解菏泽市手足口病的流行特征,为制定手足口病防治措施提供依据。[方法]对2010年菏泽市手足口病疫情资料进行分析。[结果]2010年菏泽市共报告手足口病病例10 131例,发病率为116.77/10万,其中重症病例663例;年均发病率,男性为157.37/10万,女性为74.88/10万,男性高于女性(P<0.01);牡丹区为125.44/10万,曹县为82.57/10万,单县为110.80/10万。10 131例中,3~7月发病的占76.99%,其他月份占23.01%;5岁以下儿童占95.41%;散居儿童占95.79%,托幼儿童占3.06%;学生占1.12%,其他人群占0.04%。EV71阳性标本占49.76%,CoxA16阳性占33.57%,其他肠道病毒占16.67%。[结论]2010年菏泽市手足口病疫情仍保持高发状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To know the epidemic characteristics of hand-foot-and-mouth(HFMD) in Heze city,2010,so as to provide the basis for preventing and controlling HFMD.[Methods]Data were analyzed on all the cases of HFMD reported in Heze city,2010.[Results]A total of 10 131 cases of HFMD were reported in Heze city,2010,including 663 severe cases;Incidence of HFMD was 116.77/105 for all,with 157.37/105 for men and 74.88/105 for women.The incidence of men was higher than women(P<0.01).Incidence of HFMD was 125.44/105 in Mudan district,82.57/105 in Cao county,110.80/105 in Shan county,In 10 131 cases,the incidence rate from March to July accounted for 76.99% of the total,the other months accounted for 23.01%;Children under the age of five accounted for 95.41%,95.79% lived scatteredly,3.06% lived in kindergartens and daycare centers,1.12% of the cases were students,the other groups accounted for 0.04%;EV71 accounted for 49.77%,CoxA16 accounted for 33.57% while the other viruses accounted for 16.67% of the positive samples.[Conclusion]HFMD is on an obvious increasing trend in Heze city,2010.更多还原
