【摘要】 [目的]了解枣庄市无偿献血人群乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)和丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染情况,为肝炎防治提供依据。[方法]对2003~2010年枣庄市薛城区、峄城区、台儿庄区、山亭区和滕州市的无偿献血者血液标本进行HBsAg和抗-HCV检测。[结果]2003~2010年合计检测161 052人,HBsAg阳性率为1.63%,抗-HCV阳性率为0.30%。2003~2010年HBsAg阳性率分别为1.62%、2.20%、1.86%、2.03%、1.92%、1.51%、1.36%、1.04%(P<0.01),抗-HCV阳性率分别为0.19%、0.32%、0.38%、0.29%、0.34%、0.32%、0.28%、0.34%(P<0.05)。2003~2010年,HBsAg阳性率,男性为1.70%,女性为1.53%;抗-HCV阳性率,男性为0.30%,女性为0.31%;18~19岁、20~29岁、30~39岁、40~49岁、50~55岁HBsAg阳性率分别为1.59%、1.58%、1.70%、2.06%、1.94%,抗-HCV阳性率分别为0.30%、0.30%、0.31%、0.26%、0.42%;干部、工人、学生和其他职业者HBsAg平均阳性率分别为1.41%、1.72%、1.69%、1.63%,抗-HCV平均阳性率分别为0.29%、0.27%、0.36%、0.31%。[结论]枣庄市献血者乙肝病毒、丙肝病毒感染处于较低水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To understand the infection status of hepatitis B and hepatitis C in voluntary blood donors,so as to provide basis for their control and prevention.[Methods]Test was done on HBsAg and anti-HCV among the voluntary blood donors in Xuecheng,Yicheng,Taierzhuang,Shanting and Tengzhou,2003-2010.[Results]From 2003 to 2010,161 052 were tested.The HBsAg positive rate was 1.63% and the anti-HCV positive rate was 0.30%.The HBsAg positive rates were respectively 1.62%、2.20%、1.86%、2.03%、1.92%、1.51%、1.36%、1.04%(P<0.01).The anti-HCV positive rates were respectively 0.19%、0.32%、0.38%、0.29%、0.34%、0.32%、0.28%、0.34%(P<0.05).The HBsAg positive rate was 1.70% in males and 1.53% in females.The anti-HCV positive rate was 0.30% in males and 0.31% in females.In age groups from 18 to 19,20 to 29,30 to 39,40 to 49 and 50 to 55,the positive rates of HBsAg were 1.59%、1.58%、1.70%、2.06%、1.94%,and the positive rates of anti-HCV were 0.30%,0.30%,0.31%,0.26%,and 0.42%;Among the voluntary blood donors of cadres,workers,students and other people,the positive rates of HBsAg were 1.41%、1.72%、1.69%、1.63% and the positive rates of anti-HCV were 0.29%、0.27%、0.36%、0.31%.[Conclusion]In Zaozhuang city,the infectious level of hepatitis B virus and hepatitis C virus is relatively low.更多还原
