【摘要】 [目的]了解阳泉市各类监测人群中艾滋病病毒(HIV)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染状况,为制定各项防治措施提供依据。[方法]对2008~2010年阳泉市5类监测人群血清HIV抗体、HCV抗体检测资料进行描述性分析。[结果]2008~2010年合计检测3 440人,检出HIV抗体阳性者5例,阳性率为0.14%。其中性病门诊病人检出3例,吸毒人群检出2例,均为男性,年龄19、20、35、42、43岁;检出HCV抗体阳性者25例,阳性率为0.93%,其中性病门诊病人检出12例,吸毒人群检出5例,流动人口检出3例,暗娼人群检出5例,前三类均为男性,年龄19~52岁。吸毒人群中检出1例HIV抗体和HCV抗体均阳性者。[结论]阳泉市哨点人群HIV和HCV阳性检出率较低,今后应继续加强对这类人群的监测和管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the status of HIV and HCV infection in different sentinel of Yangquan city in order to provide scientific bases for HIV and HCV prevention and control.[Methods]The data of five surveillance spots in Yangquan city from 2008 to 2010 was collected and analyzed.[Results]A total of 3 440 cases were investigated,in whom 5 cases with HIV-antibody positive were all male with a 0.14%(5/3 440) positive rate.Among them 3 cases were from STD clinic,2 were drug addicts.5 Cases of HIV-infected people were 19,20,35,42,43 years old respectively.Besides,25 anti-HCV positive cases were isolated with a 0.93%(25/2698) positive rate,including 12 cases from STD clinic,5 drug addicts,3 floating people and 5 from CSWs,the first three categories were all male and the age of HCV-infected people was 19-52.In addition,1 case infected by both HIV and HIV were detected in the drug addicts.[Conclusion]HCV and HIV infection rates remain at a relatively low level in Yangquan city,and the surveillance and administration of population mentioned above should be strengthened.更多还原
