【摘要】 [目的]了解山东省葡萄酒质量状况,为制定相应的预防控制措施提供依据。[方法]分别于2009和2010年对山东省10个城市36个销售地点共抽检100份葡萄酒样品进行质量监测。[结果]2009年葡萄酒抽检合格率为82.00%,2010年为100.00%(P<0.01)。不合格的9份中,4份酒精度不达标,5份检出不应该检出的糖精钠、甜蜜素、苋菜红。葡萄酒合格率,聊城市、德州市葡萄酒合格率为分别为50.00%、60.00%,其余8市均为100.00%;大型商场为100.00%,大型超市为95.45%,商品批发部为76.92%,个体户为64.29%。[结论]目前山东省葡萄酒安全质量状况良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the wine quality in Shandong province,so as to provide the basis for the formulation of corresponding control measures.[Methods]Quality monitoring was conducted on 100 samples of wine in sales of 36 sampling locations of 10 cities in Shandong province respectively in 2009 and 2010.[Results]The qualified rate of the wine was 82.00% in 2009,and 100.00% in 2010.Among 9 unqualified wine samples,low alcohol content in 4,Saccharin Sodium,cyclamate,amaranth were found in 5.The eligible rate was 50.00% in Liaocheng,and 66.70% in Dezhou,100.00% in 8 other cities.The eligible rate was 100.00% in the malls,95.45% in large supermarkets,76.92% in wholesales,and 64.29% in private stalls.The eligible rate,was 50.00% in Liaocheng,was 66.70% in Dezhou,were 100.00% in others.[Conclusion]The current wine security conditions are fine in Shandong province.更多还原
