【摘要】 [目的]探讨实施农村改厕项目的影响因素,提高改厕项目的执行水平。[方法]对2004~2008年山东省农村改厕项目执行情况进行分析。[结果]2004~2008年中央财政补助山东省改厕资金合计3 179万元,占建厕资金7 709万元的41.24%;其余为各设区市和项目县(市、区)配套资金。合计建设各类卫生户厕125 429座,占计划任务122 000座的102.81%。建设的5种无害化卫生户厕中,三格化粪池式占36.39%,粪尿分集式占29.76%,三联沼气池式占25.43%,完整下水道水冲式占7.36%,双瓮漏斗式占1.06%。[结论]山东省超额完成了国家改厕项目的户厕建设任务。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore the influential factors of rebuilding the rural sanitary latrine,so as to improve the implement level of latrine improving programme.[Methods]The implement of rebuilding the rural sanitary latrine in Shandong from 2004 to 2008 was analyzed.[Results]From 2004 to 2008,the fund for improving sanitary latrine in rural area was 77.09 million yuan,and 31.79 million yuan(41.24%) of the total fund was from the central financial authorities,others were raised by districts and counties.125 429 Different types of health household lavatories were constructed,accounting for the scheduled task’s 102.81%(122 000 lavatories).And among the 5 types household latrines,three-compartment tank latrines,fences and urine diversity type latrines,biogas-producing latrines,water closed latrines and double urn funnel-pan latrines was 36.39%,29.76%,25.43%,7.36% and 1.06% respectively.[Conclusion]The construction task of the national latrine improvement programme is fulfilled ahead of the schedule in Shandong province.更多还原
