【摘要】 目的:探讨小儿咳喘颗粒治疗小儿急性支气管炎(痰热壅肺证)的临床疗效。方法:以小儿咳喘灵颗粒为对照药,从西药与中医两种诊断角度观察西安碑林药业股份有限公司生产的小儿咳喘颗粒治疗小儿急性支气管炎(痰热壅肺证)的安全性及有效性,进一步考察该药的适应症、不良反应及注意事项。结果:试验组对治疗小儿急性支气管炎(痰热壅肺证)的治愈率可达96.32%,对照组88.89%,总有效率几乎能达到100%,两组均无不良事件、严重不良事件、重要不良事件、不良反应发生,是一种安全有效的治疗药物。结论:小儿咳喘颗粒在中医或西医诊断的基础上均可以达到非常有效的治疗效果,治疗范围较广,可以满足14岁以下的患者,并且安全可靠,对临床应用有很大意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Of the paper is to investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiao’er Kechuan Keli in treating cough of acute bronchitis (syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung) in children.Methods:logy that follows is applied:with Xiao’er Kechuan Keli being the control medicine,the authors observed the safety and efficacy of Xiao’er Kechuan Keli in treating cough of acute bronchitis (syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung) in children from the perspective of Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine,and further examined the indications,adverse reactions and precautions of the medicine.Result:Of the study and experiment is that the cure rate of children with acute bronchitis (syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung) in the test group is up to 96.32%,while in the control group the cure rate 88.89%; the total cure rate reached almost 100%;there being no adverse events,serious adverse events,significant adverse events,adverse events,Xiao’er Kechuan Keli is a safe and effective treatment in cough of acute bronchitis (syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung) in children.Conclusion:Xiao’er Kechuan Keli is clinically effective in the perspectives of both the Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine,has a wide range of treatment,suitable for patients under 14 years old and is safe, reliable and highly clinically significant.更多还原
