【摘要】 目的:探讨后循环脑梗死的临床特征,提高对本病的诊疗。方法:回顾性分析56例后循环梗死的临床资料。结果:其临床表现复杂多样,主要为:眩晕或头晕、呕吐、共济失调、交叉性瘫痪、交叉性感觉障碍、吞咽困难、饮水呛咳、构音障碍等。结论:掌握其临床特征进行早期诊断并及时采取有效治疗措施对预后有很大帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical features of acute cerebral infarct progression in posterior circulation to increase therapeutic efficacy.Methods:The clinical data of 56 cases of stroke were retrospectively analized.Results:The main clinical manifestation of cerebral infarct progression in posterior circulation is complicated and diversified.In sum,they were vertigo or dizzy,emesis,ataxia,crossed paralysis,crossed sensory disability,dysphagia,bucking with drinking water,dysarthria,etc.Conclusion:The clinical features may help diagnosis at the early stage and increase therapeutic efficacy.更多还原
