依达拉奉对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后核因子κB的影响
Effect of Edaravone on Nuclear factor-κB in rats cerebral ischemia-reperfusion
【摘要】 目的:本试验通过观察依达拉奉对核因子κB的影响,探讨它的保护作用及作用机制。方法:所有研究大鼠一共42只,并将其进行随机分组,分为依达拉奉用药组、盐水对照组、假手术组三组,使用免疫组化方法检测NF-κB的蛋白表达的变化。结果:NF-κB蛋白的表达假手术组无明显NF-κB蛋白的表达,盐水组NF-κB蛋白表达6h开始升高,于24h达到高峰后于48h开始下降。6h时,用药组NF-κB蛋白表达较盐水组减少,但差异不明显P>0.05;24h时,用药组较盐水组明显减少P<0.01;48h时,用药组NF-κB蛋白表达较盐水组减少,仍有明显差异P<0.05。结论:达拉奉可抑制NF-κB激活,达到脑保护作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:Edaravone is evaluated its protective effect through observing expression of NF-κB.Methods:All research in rats,and will only 42 the randomized,divided into edaravone in medicine group,the salt water control group,JiaShouShu group three groups,use immunohistochemical method of testing the nf-kappa B protein expression changes.Results:The nf-kappa B protein expression JiaShouShu group without obvious the nf-kappa B protein expression,salt water group the nf-kappa B protein expression 6h beginning to rise,in 24 h after peak 48 h began to fall.6h,the observed group the nf-kappa B protein expression more saline groups decrease,but no obvious difference P>0.05;24h,the observed group is obviously reduced salt water group (P<0.01);48h,the observed group the nf-kappa B protein expression more saline groups,there are still significant difference to reduce P<0.05.Conclusion:Edaravone could inhibit the activation of NF-κB and protect the brain.
