【摘要】 目的:探讨肠内营养对腹部手术后胃瘫的疗效。方法:以我院腹部手术后胃瘫患者21例为研究对象,给予肠内营养,比较治疗前后营养指标的改善情况。结果:经过肠内营养支持后,血清前白蛋白(PA)、血清白蛋白(Alb)、血清总蛋白(TP)以及氮平衡较支持前均明显升高,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:给予对腹部手术后胃瘫肠内营养效果好,能有效促进胃瘫的恢复,改善患者营养状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition for gastroparesis after abdominal surgery.Methods:21 cases of gastroparesis after abdominal surgery in our hospital were as the researchful object.They was gave enteral nutrition.To compare the nutritional indicators before and after treatment.Results:After enteral nutrition, serum prealbumin,serum albumin,serum total protein and nitrogen balance were significantly higher than before enteral nutrition.The difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:It had good effect,accelerated comeback of gastroparesis and improved nutritional status to give enteral nutrition for gastroparesis after abdominal surgery.更多还原
