静脉麻醉和局麻下经直肠前列腺穿刺活检分析比较

【摘要】 目的:分析比较静脉麻醉和局麻下经直肠前列腺穿刺活检的阳性率、疼痛程度、术后并发症发生率的差异。方法:将我院2005年-2010年行经直肠前列腺穿刺活检292例按麻醉方式分为两组,其中局部麻醉组114例(年龄53岁-77岁,中位数63岁),静脉麻醉组178例(年龄51岁-76岁,中位数64岁)。分析比较两组之间的穿刺阳性率、患者疼痛感及不同并发症发生率。结果:局部麻醉组阳性率为28.07%(32/114),疼痛评分3.5分,并发症发生率11.40%,其中直肠出血3.51%,感染1.75%,尿潴留6.14%;静脉麻醉组阳性率为32.02%,疼痛评分2.7分,并发症发生率为8.43%,其中直肠出血0.56%,1.70%,尿潴留6.25%。结论:静脉麻醉下经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术比局部麻醉下穿刺活检阳性率无显著性差异,但患者疼痛感轻,手术并发症少,值得临床工作中推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the difference of the positive rate,the condition of the pain and the rate of complications between the patients of intravenous anesthesia group and local anesthesia group who were taken transrectal ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy.Methods:292 cases in our hospital from 2005 to 2010 were divided into 2 group according to the way of anesthesia.114 cases(aged 53-77,median 63 years old) in the local anesthesia group and 178 cases (aged 51-76,median 64 years old)in intravenous anesthesia group.Describe the positive rate,the condition of the pain and the rate of complications).Result:In local anesthesia group,the positive rate was 28.07%(32/114),pain score was 4.4±1.6(during operation),the rate of complications was 11.40%(rectal bleeding3.51%,infection 1.75%,urinary retention 6.14%;in intravenous anesthesia group, the positive rate was 32.02%(57/178),pain score was 0(during operation),the rate of complications was 8.43%(rectal bleeding0.56%,infection 1.70%,urinary retention 6.25%.Conclusion:Though the positive rates of the two groups were of no significant difference,intravenous anesthesia could release the pain and the rate of complications in progress of transrectal ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy.更多还原
