【摘要】 本文对日本、美国、英国3个国家执业药师制度的法律法规体系、准入规定、资格考试及执业药师注册和职责进行扼要分析,并与我国现阶段执业药师制度进行对比。我国执业药师法律制度少而单一,报考人员资格不合理,教育培训不科学。应加快《执业药师法》的出台,严格执业药师准入制度,将报考人员学历提高到大专以上水平,并完善教育培训制度以及调整执业药师的职责。更多还原

【Abstract】 To provide suggestions on improving licensed pharmacist registration in China.We concisely analyzed the legislation and legal systems,access provisions,qualification tests and registration of licensed pharmacists,and compared with our country’s licensed pharmacist registration in current.From the analysis we found some problems in licensed pharmacist registration in china,such as,licensed pharmacist registration is little and simple,qualification of candidates are not qualified,and the professional training is unreasonable,and so on.In our country,we should speed up the Licensed Pharmacist Law come on stage,control the licensed pharmacists access system,enhance the educational level of the candidates to college degree or above,and improve education training issues and adjust the responsibilities of the licensed pharmacists.更多还原
