【摘要】 从全国医学院校的院校研究情况可以看出,院校研究机构设置少、层次低,师生对这种研究认知度低、认可度低。从政府管理职能转变以及医学教育经验式管理失效的角度考虑,医学院校的院校研究水平必须提高。为此,发展医学院校研究应从3方面进行深入探索:建立健全院校研究的工作机制;建设专业的院校研究工作队伍;进一步明确院校研究的重点,从而发挥出院校研究在医学院校发展、变革中的有效作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the present situation of institutional research in the medical colleges,we can see obviously that the number of organizational establishment is limited and the level of research is low.And the degree of cognition and approval on it is lower.According to Changes in government functions and Empirical failure of medical education management.In this context,First,to establish a sound working mechanism;Second,to build a professional team;then make the key point of recurrent research,to play the great effect on it’s development and transformation.更多还原
