医院门诊退费分析及对策
Analysis and Countermeasures of the Refund of Outpatient in Hospitals
【摘要】 目的:查找医院门诊退费管理中存在的问题,提出相应对策,为规范退费行为提供参考。方法:抽取广州某医院门诊2010年4月的286份退费申请单进行统计分析。结果:医院门诊退费存在着不合理现象,不但降低了患者的满意度也给医院造成一定的经济损失。结论:通过加强对医院退费各个流程环节人员的培训,完善医院门诊退费相关制度,逐步减少门诊退费,以提高医院经济效益和社会效益,提高病人满意度。
【Abstract】 Objective: Search for the problems of the refund of outpatients existing in the management and put forward the corresponding countermeasure,in order to provide reference of regulation of the refund behavior.Methods: We have analysed data of 286 refund application of the Guangzhou first municipal people’s hospital in April 2010.Results: The outpatient refund exist unreasonable reason,which reduces not only satisfaction of patients but also hospital economic losses.Conclusions: We should improve outpatients refund relevant system,and reduce the refund of outpatients gradually through strengthening on personnel training of hospital refund in different departments,to improve patient satisfaction as well as hospital economic and social benefits.
