【摘要】 目的探讨运动平板试验(treadmill movementtesting,TM T)时,静息心电图ST段下移对诊断冠心病(coronary heartdisease,C H D)的影响。方法 216名研究对象均完成静息心电图、运动平板试验及冠状动脉造影,根据静息心电图分为ST段下移组与ST段正常组,计算运动平板试验诊断冠心病的敏感性、特异性。结果运动平板试验诊断冠心病的敏感性及准确性在ST段下移组均高于ST段正常组,分别为83%vs14%,79%vs51%.结论静息心电图ST段下移,运动平板试验结果阳性诊断冠心病有更高的敏感度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of treadmill movement test and ST segment depression of rest electrocardiography in coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 216 patients were all received rest electrocardiography 、treadmill movement test and coronary angiography,calculate the sensitivity and specificity of treadmill movement test for diagnosing CHD.Results As far as TMT,the ST segment depression group is more sensitive and accuracy than the ST normal group in diagnosing CHD,83% to 14%、66% to 51%.Conclusion A person with ST segment depression of rest electrocardiography and treadmill movement test result is positive,the possibility with CHD is larger.更多还原
