【摘要】 目的探讨低位直肠癌术后吻合口狭窄发生的相关因素。方法对无锡市第四人民医院近10年来收治的175例低位直肠癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 175例低位直肠癌中共发生吻合口狭窄15例,发生率为8.6%.吻合口距肛门距离小于5 cm组以及吻合口瘘组吻合口狭窄的发生率均明显大于相应对照组(P<0.05)。结论低位直肠癌术后吻合口狭窄是多因素作用的结果,吻合口距肛门距离以及是否并发吻合口瘘都是重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the related factors for anastomotic stenosis after resection of low rectal carcinoma.Methods The date of 175 patients with anterior resection of low rectal carcinoma between 1993 and 2002 were analyzed.Results 15(8.6%) patients developed anastomotic stenosis.The incidence rate of anastomotic stenosis in the group anastomotic leakage and the group with distance between anastomosis and anal verge no more than 5cm was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Anastomotic stenosis after resection of low rectal carcinoma was related to multiple factors.Anastomotic leakage and distance between anastomosis and anal verge are important factors for anastomotic stenosis.更多还原
