【摘要】 目的:探讨改良式腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术(laparoscopic assisted transvaginal hysterectomy,LAVH)的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准行全子宫切除的患者根据就诊顺序随机分为三组,其中LAVH-Ⅰ型30例,LAVH-Ⅲ型28例,改良式LAVH30例,观察并比较三种术式在手术时间、术中出血量、术中术后并发症发生率、肠道功能恢复时间、及术后住院时间的差异。结果:手术时间、术中出血量LAVH-Ⅰ型组分别是(85.50±11.68)min(、86.67±20.36)ml,LAVH-Ⅲ型组(90.53±10.95)min、(76.89±14.72)ml,改良式LAVH组(90.53±10.95)min、(76.89±14.72)ml,三组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肛门恢复排气时间、术后住院时间、术中、术后并发症发生率,三组比较差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:改良式LAVH操作简便、安全,手术时间短、术中出血少,是临床上可供选择的一种新型LAVH术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the improvement of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy(laparoscopic assisted trasvaginal hysterectomy,LAVH) clinical efficacy.Methods:met the inclusion criteria for patients with total hysterectomy were randomly divided into three according to treatment group,which LAVH-Ⅰ type 30 cases,LAVH-Ⅲ type 28 cases,modified LAVH30 cases,observe and compare three surgical operative time,blood loss,intraoperative and postoperative complication rate,bowel function recovery time,and differences in postoperative hospital stay.Results:The operation time,blood loss,LAVH-Ⅰ type group were(85.50±11.68) min,(86.67±20.36) ml,LAVH-Ⅲ type group(90.53±10.95) min,(76.89±14.72) ml,modified Type LAVH group(90.53±10.95) min,(76.89±14.72) ml,three groups were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Anal discharge recovery time,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative complication rate,three groups no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:modified LAVH is simple,safe,shorter operative time,less blood loss,is clinically available,a new LAVH surgical.更多还原
