【摘要】 目的:探讨低分子肝素对妊娠期肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法:将52例妊娠期肾病综合征病人随机分为2组,一组加用低分子肝素治疗,另一组作为对照,观察2组病人24h尿蛋白定量、新生儿出生体重及Apgars评分情况。结果:2组病人尿蛋白定量、新生儿出生体重及Apgars评分均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:低分子肝素治疗妊娠期肾病综合征可明显降低尿蛋白定量,提高新生儿出生体重及Apgars评分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe curative effect of low molecular heparin used to dropsical nephritis in gestational period.Methods:52 patients of dropsical nephritis in gestational period were randomly divided into two groups.one group was treated by low molecular heparin,and the other group was contrast control.24 hours urine protein quantitation,brepho-birth weight and Apagers’ mark were observed.Results:There are significant deviation between the two groups of 24 hours urine protein quantitation,brepho-birth weight and Apagers’ mark(P<0.01).conclusion:Low molecular hephritis may obviously cut down urine protein quantitation,raise brepho-birth weight and Apagers’ mark.更多还原
