【摘要】 目的通过分析艾滋病确证实验室的HIV抗体检测数据,了解各艾滋病筛查实验室与确证实验室检测结果之间的差异,提出改进措施,提高检测质量。方法用2种不同的试剂对2010年各艾滋病筛查实验室送检的2 312例标本进行HIV抗体筛查和WB确证试验。结果筛查实验室与确证实验室之间的HIV抗体初筛结果符合率为99.61%,确证实验室初筛为阳性的2 303例样本中有2 184例确证阳性、70例阴性、58例不确定。结论艾滋病筛查实验室与确证实验室检测结果一致性高,筛查实验与确证试验的符合率为94.79%,筛查实验存在一定的假阳性,初筛呈阳性反应的标本必须进行确证试验,对确证试验不确定的标本需进行随访。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective According to analyze the HIV antibody detection data of confirmatory test and understand the different between HIV screening test and confirmatory test,and proposed improvement measures and enhanced the detection quality.Method HIV antibody screening test and WB confirmatory test to detect 2312 samples which collected from the different HIV screening laboratories of 2010.Results the coincidence rate of the HIV antibody primary screening results is 99.61% between the screening test and confirmatory test.There were 2184 samples which were real confirmed positive from the 2303 screening positive samples by confirmatory test,70 samples were confirmed WB negative and 58 samples can’t confirmed.Conclusions aids screening test met the same outcome of the confirmatory test,94.79% was confirmed by the screening test and the confirmatory test.The screening test existed false positive reaction,the confirmed positive by primary screening test must make sure to do the confirmatory test,but for the unconfirmed should need to follow-up the subject.更多还原
