【摘要】 目的了解本地区手足口病流行规律,为制订适合本地区有效防控措施提供科学依据。方法运用描述流行病学方法分析本地区手足口病发病三间分布特征。结果 2008-2010年共监测发病1 986例,年均发病率61.3/10万,重症病例32例,无死亡病例;县城地区发病率明显高于农村地区(χ2=83.79,P<0.01);0～4岁发病1 901例,占总病例的95.72%(1 901/1 986),1 986例病人中,5月发病493例,发病数量最多。结论积极开展手足口病预防知识宣传,加强疫情监测和现场调查、消毒处理工作,特别在学校及幼托机构开展专人管理等一系列措施,能使疫情得到有效控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the prevalence regularity of Hand-foot-mouth disease in this region and provide scientific basis for formulating effective measures to prevention and control the disease.Method Analyzing the distributional characteristics of time,regional and population of Hand-foot-mouth disease by descriptive epidemiology method.Results 1986 cases were monitoring in the past 3 years during 2008 to 2010,with the annual average incidence rate was 61.3/10 million,among them,there were 32 severe cases,but no death cases.The incidence rate of city was higher than rural areas(χ2=83.79,P<0.01).There were 1901 cases at the age of 0 to 4,and accounted for 95.72%(1901/1986).493 cases happened in May.Conclusions Developed Hand-foot-and-mouth disease prevention knowledge propaganda actively,enhanced epidemic surveillance,field investigation and disinfection work,especially carried out special management at schools and kindergartens,all the measures could valid control the epidemic situation.更多还原
