葡萄籽提取物复合物对小鼠的抗氧化作用

【摘要】 目的研究葡萄籽提取物复合物的抗氧化作用。方法将48只昆明小鼠随机分为4组,高、中、低剂量组分别经口给予不同剂量(0.44g/kg、0.87g/kg、1.31g/kg)的溶剂,空白对照组则给予同体积去离子水,连续给样品45d后取血清测抗氧化酶活力。结果复合物高剂量组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力显著高于空白对照组(P<0.01),复合物高剂量组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力显著高于空白对照组(P<0.01)。结论该复合物具有一定的抗氧化作用。

【Abstract】 Objective This paper studied the anti-oxidation effect of grape seed extract complex.Method 48 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups,different dose of grape seed extract complex were given to high dose group(1.31g/kg),middle dose group(0.87g/kg) and low dose group(0.44g/kg) through mouth,the blank control group was given same volume solvent.The activity of anti-oxidation enzyme in serum was tested for three doses of groups and blank control group after 45 days of consecutive drug or solvent giving.Results The activity of SOD and GSH-Px in high dose group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions The results suggested this complex had some anti-oxidation function.
