【摘要】 目的分析评价2005-2009年河北省结核病乡镇卫生院查痰点工作实施效果,为提高全省乡镇卫生院查痰点实施工作质量和制订实施规范提供科学依据。方法收集分析河北省结核病县级和乡镇卫生院查痰点季报表、县级实验室和乡镇卫生院查痰点质量控制结果报表。结果 2005-2009年全省乡镇卫生院查痰点共查痰166 255例,查出涂片阳性肺结核患者1016例,检出率为0.61%。各查痰点工作质量差异较大,查痰点痰涂片检查工作质量低于县级实验室(P(0.01)。结论乡镇卫生院查痰点已成为肺结核患者发现的一种途径,在涂阳结核病人发现中发挥了一定作用,但各查痰点工作发展不平衡、工作质量低,需进一步规范、提高,并视具体情况设立查痰点,使查痰点在结核病防治规划涂阳肺结核患者发现工作中发挥更大作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and evaluate the implementation effect of sputum collecting point in township hospitals of Hebei province during 2005 to 2009,in order to enhance the working quality and provide scientific basis for making standard.Method Collecting and analyzing the tables of quarterly report of towns and counties,and sputum collecting quality control report of county laboratories and town hospitals.Results 166 255 samples were detected,smear-positive were 1 016 and relevance ratio was 0.61%.The working quality were different in township hospitals,it was lower than county laborary(P<0.01).Conclusions Sputum collecting point was an away to found the tuberculosis patient in township hospitals and it had played a certain role.But the works were development unbalance,quality was low,so we need to standardize and improvement the work.We may establish new sputum collecting point based on concrete conditions,and make it plays greater role in prevention and control the tuberculosis.更多还原
