【摘要】 目的通过对经脐单孔免气腹和经脐单孔气腹阑尾切除术的比较,总结单孔免气腹手术的优势。方法采用经脐单孔免气腹和经脐单孔气腹阑尾切除术各30例。结果经脐单孔免气腹手术均获成功,无中转开腹,术后恢复快,所有患者均痊愈出院,无手术并发症及死亡。经脐单孔气腹手术有1例中转开腹,2例术后肺部感染,1例术后心脏功能不全,所有手术患者均痊愈出院,无死亡患者。结论免气腹腹腔镜单孔行阑尾切除术增加了手术的安全性,减少并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To comparison on gasless single port laparoscopic appendectomy and gas single port of laparoscopic appendectomy,and summarize the advantages of gasless single port laparoscopic appendectomy(LA).Method Adopted gasless single port laparoscopic appendectomies and gas single port of laparoscopic appendectomies,each was 30 patients.Results The gasless single port laparoscopic appendectomy was accomplished successfully,no case was transferred to opening appendectomy,rapid recovery,and all patients were cured without operation complications and deaths.Gas single port of laparoscopic appendectomies,one case was transferred to opening appendectomy,2 cases were lung infection,1 case was cardiac insufficiency,but all were cured at last,no death.Conclusions Gasless single port laparoscopic appendectomies could increase operation safety and lower complications.更多还原
