【摘要】 目的全面掌握河北省疾病预防控制机构实验室生物安全现状,为尽快完成河北省疾病预防控制机构实验室生物安全体系建设提供决策依据。方法于2010年7～10月采用调查问卷、电话核实及抽样检查的方法对全省市、县两级疾病预防控制机构实验室生物安全现状进行调查分析。结果两级分化情况比较明显,市级机构不符合项较少。县级机构存在实验室生物安全管理体系建设不健全,管理制度制定不完善或落实不到位,设施、布局、相关配备及专业人员比例不合理,个人防护用品配备不完善或安全防护意识不强,未建立健康档案或不完善,岗前生物安全培训、考核落实不到位,实验废弃物处置不规范,生物安全柜未能定期检测等问题。结论要进一步加强实验室生物安全体系建设,完善并切实落实生物安全制度,加强生物安全人才队伍建设,切实提高人员的生物安全意识,全面提高我省实验室生物安全工作的管理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To grasp the laboratory bio-safety status of disease prevention and control institution in Hebei province and provide decision basis for establishing laboratory bio-safety system as soon as possible.Method Investigated the laboratory bio-safety status of disease prevention and control institutions in city and county levels by methods of questionnaires,telephone verification and sampling test from July to October of 2010.Results The status was obvious different between cities and counties,the institutions of city level have fewer nonconformances.The laboratory bio-safety system of the county level was imperfect;management system was not perfect,implement was incompletely,facilities,layout and relation equipment,proportion of professional were unreasonable;personal safety requirement or protection awareness were inadequate;health file did not establish or not perfect;bio-security training and assessment were not comprehensive implement;laboratory waste disposal and biological safety cabinet test irregular.Conclusions We needed to strengthen the establishment of laboratory bio-safety system,improved and perfected the implement,enhanced construction of bio-safety talents,improved personnel protection awareness and management work.更多还原
