Ni(Ⅱ)对壳聚糖的配位控制降解研究

【摘要】 以壳聚糖(CTS)为原料,在酸性介质中和硫酸镍反应制备壳聚糖镍配合物,对其结构经UV、IR进行表征证实壳聚糖镍配合物有配位键的存在,且显示壳聚糖在形成配位结构后存在有利于降解的优势构象。同时通过H2O2用量、处理时间、超声波功率3个因素正交试验确定壳聚糖镍配合物的最佳降解条件。对麦芽糊精、Ni(Ⅱ)-CTS降解产物和壳聚糖降解产物的高效液相凝胶色谱分析,表明壳聚糖镍配合物参与的降解能获得窄分子质量分布的低壳聚糖,降解速度明显高于壳聚糖。

【Abstract】 Chitosan-Ni(Ⅱ) complex was prepared with chitosan(CTS) and nickel sulfate in acid medium,and its structure was characterized by ultraviolet-visible and infrared spectroscopy(IR).The results showed that there was coordinating band between chitosan and Ni(Ⅱ),and some structure which was easy to break exsited in the complex.At the same time,the optimum degradation conditions of chitosan-Ni(Ⅱ) complex was determined through orthogonal experiment by H2O2 usage,processing time and ultrasonic power.The molecular weight of maltodextrin,chitosan-Ni(Ⅱ) complex degradation products and chitosan degradation products were determinated by size-exclusion high performance liquid chromatography.The results indicated that the molecular distribution of the former was much more narrow than that of the latter and degradation velocity of Chitosan-Ni(Ⅱ) complex was faster than that of chitosan.
