【摘要】 目的:了解护理人员药品不良反应(ADR)认知程度,以便进一步加强ADR监测工作。方法:采用自编问卷调查的方式,调查护理人员对ADR概念、相关知识、报告意识等的认知情况。结果:共调查100人,实际回收有效问卷91份,有效应答率为91.0%。部分护理人员对ADR相关知识、报告程序等不清楚。结论:有必要对护理人员进行长期的ADR专业知识的宣传和培训,以提高其对ADR知识的整体认知,提高ADR监测水平,促进临床安全、合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the knowledge of adverse drug reactions(ADR) in order to strengthen the work of monitoring ADRs.Method:Questionnaires were filled out to investigate the nursing staff s knowledge about ADR’ s conception,relevant information and recorded consciousness,etc.Result:91 questionnaires of 100 were recovered,and part of the nursing staff there had some questions in relevant ADR knowledge and report process.Conclusion:It is necessary to carry out long-term training and education to the nursing staff about ADR knowledge to advance their monitoring level of ADRs and promote rational and safe clinical drug use.更多还原
