【摘要】 目的:鉴别酒石酸美托洛尔片中的掺假成分。方法:采用HPLC-MS/MS和HPLC-DAD方法对样品中的掺假成分进行分析检测。结果:样品中的掺假成分鉴定为氯霉素,抽样的2批标示为酒石酸美托洛尔片样品中,未含酒石酸美托洛尔而含有氯霉素。结论:由于氯霉素的紫外光谱图和化学反应现象与酒石酸美托洛尔相似,故极少数据采用氯霉素冒充酒石酸美托洛尔生产假药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To identify an unknown component in counterfeit metoprolol tartreate tablets.Methods:To identify the unknown component in samples marked metoprolol tartreate tablets by the high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole mass spectrometry and HPLC-DAD method.Results:The unknown component in samples marked metoprolol tartreate tablets is not metoprolol tartreate but chloramphenicol.Conclusion:Chloramphenicol illegally added into the metoprolol tartreate tablets to substitute metoprolol tartreate by criminals for UV spectrum and chemical character of chloramphenicol is similar to those of metoprolol tartreate.更多还原
