欧李实生选育中果实颜色的类型分析

【摘要】 通过考察欧李实生群体的果实颜色,了解到果皮与果肉的颜色差异影响果实的颜色。在把握果实颜色本质的基础上,初步确立果实颜色的分类标准。调查结果表明:欧李实生群体中果实颜色有3种类型:红果型、复合型及黄果型。3种类型在实生群体中分布极不相同,表型数据的比例关系为1:3.15:0.85,红果类型出现的基因频率为0.2,黄果类型为0.17,复合类型为0.63。

【Abstract】 Through investigating the fruit colors of humilis seedlings,the influence of the color difference between peel and flesh on the fruit color were studied.Based on grasping the essence of fruit color,the fruit colour classification standards were established.Survey results indicate there are three types of fruit colors for the humilis seedlings,i.e.red type,compound type and yellow type.The distributions of these three types in seedlings are very different,phenotype data ratio is 1:3.15:0.85.The gene frequency is 0.2 for red fruit type,0.17 for yellow fruit type,and 0.63 for compound type.
