【摘要】 建设国家开放大学,是教育规划纲要提出的一项重要改革任务,也是我国构建终身教育体系和建设学习型社会的现实需要。在我国,建设国家开放大学,不仅要充分利用广播电视大学系统的现实基础,同时也要充分利用社会力量,建立相应的外部支撑体系。为此,有必要开展有关国家开放大学支持联盟研究,为国家开放大学建设实践提供理论依据。本文系统论述了联盟的概念和高校联盟的模式,介绍了国家开放大学支持联盟的内涵、目的、性质和意义。文章还对国内学者提出的开放大学联盟的概念进行了辨析,发现"国家开放大学支持联盟"和"开放大学联盟"存在着主体和模式上的不同,且从历史和现实看,"开放大学联盟"的提法容易产生歧义,建议慎用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of the Open University of China is one of the important tasks in the "National medium and long-term educational reform and development plan",and is also the actual needs of the building of the life-long education system and the learning society.In China,the construction of the Open University of China,not only need to make full use of the China Radio & TV University,but also need to make full use of social forces to establish appropriate external support system.To this end,it is necessary to carry out the study about the supporting alliances in the Open University of China,to provide a theoretical basis for the building of the Open University of China.This paper systematically discusses the alliance’s concept and the model of the University alliance,introduces the meaning,purpose,nature and significance of the Supporting Alliances in the Open University of China.The article also analyzes the concept of Open University Alliance,finds that the "Support Alliance in the Open University of China" and the "Open University Alliance",the both have different subject and mode,and from the history and reality perspectives,"Open University Alliance" was ambiguous and recommended caution.更多还原
