【摘要】 目的:建立养血止痒片中丹皮酚的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用Agilent C18(4.6mm×250mm,5.0μm),Column+Agilent C18(4.6mm×20mm,5.0μm),Guard Cartridge色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-水(60:40);检测波长为274nm;柱温为室温;流速为1.0mL/min。结果:丹皮酚在4.36～348.8μg/mL(r=0.999 1)范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率为97.14%,RSD为0.77%。结论:该方法简便、结果准确,可用于养血止痒片的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish an HPLC method of determining paeonol in Yangxuezhiyang Tablet.Methods:Agilent C18(4.6mm×250mm,5.0μm) Column+Agilent C18(4.6mm×20mm,5.0μm)Guard Cartridge;Mobile phase:MeOH:H20=60:40;Detection wavelength was at 274 nm;flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results:The calibration curve showed a good linearity within the ranges of 4.36~348.8μg/mL for paeonol,the average recovery was 97.14%,the RSD for reproducibility was 0.77%.Conclusion:The method is accurate and can be used for the quality control of Yangxuezhiyang Tablet.更多还原
