氯离子选择电极法测定盐炙韭菜子中氯化钠的含量

【摘要】 目的:建立盐炙韭菜子中氯化钠的含量测定方法。方法:以氯离子选择电极为指示电极,双液接饱和甘汞电极为参比电极,应用标准曲线法测定氯化钠含量。结果:氯离子在100~10-5 mol/L范围内,线性关系良好,回归方程为E=50.286LogC+2.286 7(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为98.20%,RSD为2.41%(n=6),不同盐炙韭菜子中氯化钠的含量为0.91%~1.64%。结论:氯离子选择电极法测定饮片中氯化钠含量的方法简便、稳定、准确,可作为盐炙韭菜子饮片质量控制的方法。

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the determination method of sodium chloride content in Semen Allii Tuberosi.Methods:The chlorine ion-selective electrode was used as indicator electrode and type 217 saturated calomel electrode of the double salt bridge was used as reference electrode.The contents of sodium chloride were calculated by using the calibration curve method.Results:The linear range of chlorine ion content determination was 100~10-5mol/L.The regression equation was E=50.286LogC+2.286 7(r=0.999 5).The average recovery of sodium chloride was 98.20%,RSD=2.41%(n=6).The content of sodium chloride in different Semen Allii Tuberosi sample was from 0.91%to 1.64%.Conclusion:The method of determination of sodium chloride in Semen Allii Tuberosi by chloride ion-selective electrode is simple stable and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of salt heated Semen Allii Tuberosi.
