【摘要】 目的:比较甲硝唑、替硝唑体外抑制阴道毛滴虫的疗效,为临床应用提供参考依据。方法:设置实验组与对照组,实验组加入含不同浓度的甲硝唑和替硝唑无菌生理盐水0.5mL。向两组加入混匀后等量(0.1mL)活虫率均为90%以上的滴虫悬液,24h后用显微镜观察,计算出两药的抑制率。结果:培养24h后,①随着两药浓度的升高,其抑制率也升高;②同浓度下替硝唑抑制率高于甲硝唑;③在低于200μg/mL时,甲硝唑和替硝唑抑制作用相差不大,而高于200μg/mL时,替硝唑的抑制作用明显高于甲硝唑;④药物浓度低于500μg/mL时,甲硝唑和替硝唑抑制率均不高于20%,而高于500μg/mL时,甲硝唑和替硝唑抑制作用明显增强。结论:甲硝唑和替硝唑在高浓度时均有良好的抑制作用,但同浓度下替硝唑的抑制效果要优于甲硝唑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the effects of metronidazole and tionidazole on trichomonas vaginalis in vitro,providing for clinical application.Methods:The research had the experiment group and control group,which were added with the same amount(0.1mL)of trichomonas vaginalis,above 90% was alive.The experiment group was added with 0.5mL of the normal saline,in which the metronidazole or tionidazole was of different concentrations.After cultivating for 24 hours,the experiment was observed under the microscope and the inhibition rate of the two drugs was calculated.Results:After 24 hours’ observation:the results were achieved:1.With the increase of the concentration,the inhibition rate increased.2.At the same concentration,the effect of tionidazole was better than metronidazole’s.3.When the concentration was less than 200ug/mL,the gap of the two drugs’ effects was not obvious,while the inhibition of tionidazole was significantly higher than metronidazole’s when above 200ug/mL.4.The inhibition rates were less than 20% when the concentrations were below 500ug/mL;On the contrary,the rates enhanced greatly.Conclusion:Metronidazole’s and tionidazole’s effects were satisfied at high concentrations,but tionidazole’s effect was superior to the metronidazole’s.更多还原
